
Joyful Breath Laughter Yoga Class

Increase your joy and improve your health all in this fun class! No yoga mats needed, just come as you are, leave your worries and ego at the door. We will stretch, learn qigong breathing techniques, dance a bit, laugh, be soothed by Tibetan singing bowls, and end with a guided meditation.

About the event
This class is offered in person and will be followed by a time for refreshments and optional additional learning experiences. (Tummo breathing with Dave and "College Earth" led by Anne-Marie). The JBLY class includes gentle stretching, focused breathing, laughter exercises, a bit of dance and sound healing and ends with a guided meditation. We ask that you see the Medical Release form attached to prevent any possible adverse reactions.
