This program combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) bringing more oxygen to our body and brain, increasing our energy and strengthening our vitality. 
Ten to 15 minutes of Laughter Yoga exercises can reduce stress, boost your immune system and help to foster emotional resilience.  Following the 1 hr class there will be time for refreshments and optional, informative sessions. (See below)

Do you sometimes feel stressed out, depressed or overwhelmed? Do you want to find a way to balance your emotions, bring more joy into your life and feel better healthier? Laughter Yoga may be the right choice for you! Laughter Yoga (LY) is not a comedy. It is an exercise program developed by Indian physician, Dr Madan Kataria, where anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedies. It is practiced in more than 110 countries and now returns to Middletown.
