About the event
This program combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) which boosts oxygen levels in our body increasing our energy and overall sense of well-being. 10-15 minutes of Laughter Yoga exercises can reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, increase emotional resilience and offer many other benefits.
1pm - 2pm Warm up, laughter and breath exercises. Dance and mediation
2pm - 2:15 Light refreshments
